Vivienne O'Shannessy has worked in and consulted to the tourism and hospitality industries for more than 25 years. She also has extensive training, teaching and resource development experience and is currently the managing director of a retail wine business. Vivienne holds a Master of Business Administration, Diploma of Hospitality Management and Graduate Diploma in Arts and she co-authored The Road to Hospitality and Accommodation Services.
Dean Minett has worked as a hotel manager, consultant and lecturer. He has worked with and advised casinos, restaurants, hotels and the travel industry for over 28 years and in 2004 he was recognised as a 'Legend of Tourism' by Tourism Training Australia. He has a Master of Business in Hospitality and Tourism and is currently Area General Manager, / for Ascott International.
Geoff Hyde has worked in the tourism industry for over 25 years as a management consultant, lecturer, author and specialist tourism sector planning advisor to governments, universities, private companies and international development agencies. He is a Director of Sustainable Tourism International and a Member of the International Ecotourism Society.
