Michelle Tam is an American author, blogger, food writer, and cookbook author. She earned her degree in nutrition and food science from the University of California at Berkeley and has a doctorate in pharmacy from the University of California at San Francisco. She began her career working as a Stanford hospital and Clinics night pharmacist. But today she is focused on the Paleo diet and lifestyle. Her award-winning blog is named Nom Nom Paleo. She and her co-author, Henry Fong, are the authors of Nom Nom Paleo: Food for Humans, and Ready or Not!: 150+ Make-Ahead, Make-Over, and Make-Now Recipes by Nom Nom Paleo.
